What is USMoke CLUB?
USMoke CLUB is our membership program with VIP member pricing, Club Points, order savings, and exclusive benefits.
Is it free to register for USMoke CLUB?
Yes. Registration is free. VIP1 is earned after at least $1 in eligible completed purchases; registration alone does not qualify you for VIP1 member pricing.
How do I qualify for VIP1?
Make at least $1 in eligible completed purchases to qualify for VIP1 and its 2% member discount. Simply creating an account does not automatically grant VIP1 status.
How do I upgrade my VIP level?
Your VIP level is based on eligible spending over the most recent 12 months: VIP1 $1+, VIP2 $200+, VIP3 $500+, VIP4 $1,000+, and VIP5 $1,500+. Your account level updates after qualifying purchases are recorded.
Will my previous USMoke orders count?
Eligible orders from our original USMoke store can count toward your starting VIP level once your purchase history is verified and linked to your CLUB account. Contact support if your history is missing.
Does my VIP level last forever?
No. VIP levels are calculated using a rolling 12-month spending period. Your level can increase as you shop or change when older purchases fall outside the 12-month window.
Are member prices lower than regular store prices?
Qualified VIP members receive exclusive member pricing. VIP discounts range from 2% to 6%, with additional eligible CLUB order promotions. Check your final checkout total for the savings applied to your order.
What discount does each VIP level receive?
VIP1: 2% OFF · VIP2: 3% OFF · VIP3: 4% OFF · VIP4: 5% OFF · VIP5: 6% OFF.
Can I combine VIP pricing with order promotions?
Yes, eligible VIP discounts can be combined with CLUB order promotions: $150+ → 2% OFF, $250+ → 4% OFF, and $400+ → 7% OFF. Only the highest qualifying order promotion applies, not all three together.
How do I earn Club Points?
Earn 2 Points per $1 in eligible purchases. 100 Points = $1 in redemption value. Points are added according to the rewards program's order completion rules.
How many Points can I redeem per order?
You may redeem available Club Points for up to 1% of an eligible order's value. For example, a $200 eligible order can use up to $2 in Points (200 Points), provided you have enough Points.
Can I save Points for future rewards?
Yes. Unused Club Points remain in your account, subject to the program terms. You can keep accumulating them for future purchases and additional redemption options as they become available.
Are there other ways to earn Points?
Eligible rewards include 500 Points for joining, 500 for a text review, 1,000 for a photo review, and weekly check-in rewards of 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 Points. Rewards are subject to verification and program rules.
What happens on Member Day?
Every Friday is USMoke CLUB Member Day. Eligible VIP members enjoy an extra 1% OFF and earn 50% more Club Points on eligible purchases.
Is shipping free for every VIP level?
Yes. Free standard shipping is available to VIP1, VIP2, VIP3, VIP4, and VIP5 members on eligible orders.
Where can I check my VIP level and Points?
Sign in to your USMoke CLUB account to view your current VIP level, Points balance, and available rewards. Contact customer support if your account details need review.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on which region you are in. Typically, we pack and ship the next day, and delivery will take 3–5 days to reach you.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Every order is shipped via FedEx or USPS with priority processing for fast, reliable nationwide delivery.
Do you support PayPal payments?
